Christine is a seasoned and award-winning architect in the Middle East, with over two decades of experience shaping the architectural landscape. A proud Filipina architect, she furthered her education with a Master’s degree in Business for Architecture and Design from IE University in Madrid, Spain. As an Associate Director at Godwin Austen Johnson (GAJ), Christine plays a strategic role in driving design innovation across the practice, having led and delivered creative, future-focused design solutions across a diverse portfolio including masterplans, hospitality, retail, residential, educational, and heritage developments in the Middle East and Asia. Many of the buildings she has designed have become recognised landmarks within the UAE. As a member of the advisory board for Cityscape WIRE (Women in Real Estate) in the MENA Region and the Heriot-Watt Architecture Industry Advisory Board, and leading the mentorship and internship programme at GAJ, she remains steadfast in empowering women and young architects.
