Leading MAYA MATERIAL studio, she advocates for healthier and more transparent approaches to design, exploring how intelligent systems can augment human judgement, improve environmental performance, and create measurable impact on human health within the built environment. As Chair of the RIBA Gulf Chapter, Maya leads a regional network of architects across seven countries, supporting collaboration, professional dialogue, and future-focused thinking across a rapidly evolving architectural landscape.
